- A Message From Victor Manuel -

Thank you for your support, your encouragement, and your dedication to change in Collin County. We fought a clean, honest, and determined campaign of which I am extremely proud. We gave the citizens of Collin County a chance to look at the issues of Water, Transportation, Health Care, and Economic Growth. And I will be your champion in front of the Commissioner's Court on these issues time and again until they are addressed.

If you want to be part of the vision for quality government in Collin County, join the Vision 2010 team by coming by our Candidate School. We will teach you how to manage a campaign or be the best candidate you can be.
